Job Description:  

We are looking for “Head of Projects” who wants to make an immediate impact.

As “Head of Projects” you will be responsible for the overall direction, coordination, implementation, execution, quality control and completion of specific projects to ensure consistency with company strategy, commitments and goals.

Our “Head of Projects” must have extensive experience managing projects from kick-off to go-live. The ability to work with clients and team members is critical to the success of this role.  You must have the ability to multi task and enhance a team environment. 

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Lead the planning and implementation of SMART CODES client projects
• Facilitate the definition of project scope, goals and deliverables per client’s needs
• Define project tasks and resource requirements
• Develop full scale project plans using Project Insight and Microsoft Project and Excel
• Work with client to satisfactorily plan and schedule project timelines to guarantee on-time delivery for client
• Track project deliverables and communicate with clients to deliver on-time and within scope
• Provide direction and support to project team
• Keep C.E.O updated on progress of all projects
• Analyze business/technical requirements and objectives, perform fit/gap analysis, and provide client recommendations.
• Document all client engagements including the creation of design documents, technical specifications, process documentation, specification, system deployment documents, system integration and interface documents and reports as necessary
• Implement and manage project changes and interventions to achieve defined project outputs
• Provide project management expertise throughout entire project

Desired Skills and Experience

Job Related Experience:

• Excellent project management skills
• Ability to communicate and work as a team player
• Communicating effectively with team members and clients
• Ability to effectively train clients and junior level consultants

Required Skills and Abilities:

• 3+ years proven experience as a Project Leader and/or PMP Certification is REQUIRED
• Experience with project management tools and methodologies
• 2+ years experience in technology and digital is PREFERRED

Minimum Education/Certification

• Educational Experience: B.A./B.Sc. in related field is required
• PMP certification or equivalent experience
• 3+ years with a top tier consulting firm preferred

Salary Range: Salary is commensurate with experience
