World Renew (formerly CRWRC) is an international disaster response, development, and justice organization serving in 40 countries worldwide. When disasters strike, World Renew is there – whether in North America or around the world – to provide emergency and long-term assistance to help people get back on their feet. In communities of poverty, World Renew also provides long-term development programs. These are carried out in partnership with local churches and community organizations that understand local needs and can tap in to local resources. World Renew, an agency of the Christian Reformed Church in North America (CRCNA), has a full time opening for a Program Consultant in Tanzania. We require someone who has a proven track record in partner consultations on program quality, implementation and management, as well as organizational governance and resource development experience. This position also has a specific responsibility for developing a plan, within the overall Tanzania strategy, for the Lake Zone partners and programming, and shares responsibility to ensure that in-country and regional strategies are in alignment with the agency’s long range plan.
